Mammogram of the Month Tribute Club

In 2023, we launched the “Mammogram of the Month Tribute Club.”  Now in 2024, we hope this will be a banner year with your support.

When you donate and select a particular month for your tribute, someone will receive a free mammogram and benefit from Early Detection through the UNC REX Mobile Mammogram Unit.

You can make the donation in “Celebration of” someone who’s alive, for their birthday, anniversary, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, holiday, graduation, finished chemo, or any other special time in their lives or in “Memory of” someone who is deceased.

​

Due to HIPAA regulations, you won’t know the name of the person who received the mammogram, but you will know that your “Mammogram of the Month Tribute” has been administered because you and your honoree will receive an email during the month following your selected month.

To sign up, fill out the form below and make your $75 donation via credit card or check, written and mailed to Marge "Madness”, c/o Marge Morena, 605 Preston Village Way, Cary, NC 27519.  Please fill out one form for each tribute you would like to make.

This program is open to everyone so please share this information with everyone you know. This is also being shared on social media.
