Mammogram of the Month Tribute Club

We are excited to announce the launch of our “Mammogram of the Month Tribute Club.”

 

When you donate and select a particular month for your tribute, someone will receive a free mammogram and benefit from Early Detection through the UNC REX Mobile Mammogram Unit.

You can make the donation in Memory of someone who is deceased, or in Celebration of someone who’s alive, for their birthday, anniversary,  Christmas, holiday, graduation, finished chemo, or any other special time in their lives.

​

Due to HIPAA regulations, you won’t know the name of the person who received the mammogram, but you will know that your “Mammogram of the Month Tribute” has been administered because you and your honoree will receive an email during the month following your selected month.

​

To sign up, fill out the form below and pay $75 via credit card or check, written and mailed to Marge "Madness”, c/o Marge Morena, 605 Preston Village Way, Cary, NC 27519.  Please fill out one form for each tribute you would like to make. 

 

Anyone who signs up before Wednesday, Dec 20th, as a Thank You, will be entered into a drawing to win a Sunday Lunch Buffet for you and 3 guests at the beautiful Prestonwood Country Club. This program is open to everyone so please share this information with everyone you know. This will also be shared on social media.
